Safe and Trusting: A Grounding Prayer

grounding prayer

I wrote this grounding prayer to help you come back home to yourself in moments of doubt, confusion, and anxiety. I hope it helps you center into the present moment & tune into the miracles that are unfolding right here, right now. xx Kelsey

It is safe to be where I am.

I am always in the right place at the right time.

I trust that the lessons I’m learning and people I’m meeting are a necessary chapter in my Life’s story — even if I don’t understand the whole plot yet.

I move through my days one moment at a time, and with a graceful heart.

I trust the wisdom of my body and breath.

It is safe to notice my feelings.

It is safe to practice patience, curiosity, hopefulness, and wonder.

When it’s time to move on, when this chapter is over — I will KNOW whole-heartedly and take action from that clear sense of completion.

Until then, I let go of my tendencies towards worry and overthinking.

There is no race for me to run and no benchmark of success for me to complete. I cherish this day, this sky, this mystery, and this ground beneath my feet.

Amen
